Fulfilling the request
We are Martin and Lucie Březina, a husband and wife, and we are looking for an apartment or house to buy in Prague 9 – either Prosek or Střížkov, or somewhere in this locality.
Layout sought:
4-Room apartment with kitchen corner, 5-room apartment, a detached or terraced house with 4 rooms (one with kitchen corner) or 5 rooms with a separate kitchen or a larger property (for the right price).
Condition:
We will buy as it is, even if it needs light or even full reconstruction. We would like to make changes to the property to suit our own needs and tastes, however it would be a shame to redo a property that had just been under reconstruction. Especially if the changes made have been tastefully done. In this case we would consider a property that has recently had reconstruction work done on it 🙂
Our financial limits:
Maximum budget up to 7,200,000 Czk
If we find something that we really love, then we are able to give an immediate deposit of up to 250,000 Czk.
