This means that when I am selling your property, I will handle everything for you, including preparing the property for viewings, organising contracts, and after-sales service, such as the transfer of utility bills. I am an award-winning, certified second-level real estate broker. Throughout the past seven years, I have been helping people buy, sell, and rent properties quickly, safely, conveniently and, most importantly, comfortably. I have saved them time and stress, and helped my clients fulfill their dreams of better living. Because I work a lot with helping people find their next home, I am adept at searching for real estate that matches my clients’ needs. I can also organize property exchanges, for example swapping a larger apartment for something smaller, or a ‘one for two’ deal. I also coordinate the timing of sales and purchases so that my clients can move smoothly into their new homes, without the hassle of temporary housing. I always defend my clients rights and in every circumstance I try to achieve the best possible outcome for them throughout the entire transaction. My goal is to make everything happen calmly and in a pleasant atmosphere. Negotiations with my clients are not just ‘business meetings’, but are informal discussions to establish the best course of action for your property deal.
