First of all.. I am writing a public review for the first time (this is a copy of the one I posted on Reality) and that in itself says something and that is because I wanted to do something extra for Mr. Hošek in return and at least partially repay him for his above-standard services!
I would like to publicly thank Mr. Hošek for his extraordinary approach to solving the purchase of a very problematic property after a deliberately set fire (5 owners, one of them in a criminal case where Mr. Hošek had to visit him and the other four in France, but the executor and the insurance company with a seal dealing with insurance fraud ) his professionalism characterized by systematicity, detailed elaboration and problem solving per partes and of course his expertise is combined with his human approach is characterized by kind, pleasant and yet consistent communication, and I'm really looking forward to going out for a coffee together in the spring, or doing another business.
I have read the previous reviews of Mr. Hošek's satisfied clients and I identify with each of them after my experience, as they are all positive 5 out of 5 stars and that is not a coincidence, readers!!!
What I consider to be my mistake is that I read the reviews only after completing the purchase with Mr. Hošek, but if I had read them at the beginning, Mr. Hošek would not have had to work so hard to destroy my distrust in the real estate agent!
